If you like connecting with other young people in a chill, relaxed space while eating snacks, this is the event for you!

Come along to a shared reading group for teens at Tāmaki Pātaka Kōrero/Central City Library. We’ll read a short story and a poem together and have a chat about them. This is not a classroom, so you don’t have to be a literary genius! There’s no pressure to do anything except listen, but if you would like to read aloud and/or join in the discussion, feel free.

We welcome all young people, of any background and identity. We aim to make this group a safe space, so please be respectful of others when you come along.

This will be held in our Akozone room on the first floor.
