The Art of Christian Nicolson

Christian Nicolson has curated a set of contemporary paintings to exhibit at SCHMID Gallery/Workshop, Martinborough.

Opening Night is Thursday 28th October and will exhibit for approximately 4 weeks.

Christian is a full-time artist from Auckland. He is passionate about paintings, sculptures and installations, exploring themes around landscapes, growing up, surfing, pop culture, sci-fi, and nudity.
Christian is also a filmmaker. This Giant Paper Mache Boulder (2015), his first feature film, will screen as part of the Wairarapa Film Festival's programme in Martinborough (27-28 October 2021).
