The Cheshire’s Smile
A 45-minute colourful modern musical using puppetry, 3D projection and a host of international and original music, The Cheshire Cat’s Smile gives new meaning to why the Cheshire Cat is always smiling.

The Cheshire Cat is excited to be put in charge of organising the Red Queen’s very first Very Un-birthday Party. It will be quite the affair with everyone performing their best talents in the rose garden for his beloved Queen. He has even decided to perform his new special tricks - convinced this this will be the perfect opportunity to finally win the Queen’s approval and affection, while avoiding her terrible temper!

The Cheshire Cat enlists the help of his friends the March Hare, Doremouse and Caterpillar to prepare for the party. This lovable bunch try to find their best talents for the party, but when things don’t quite go to plan, they find the Cheshire Cat’s smile isn’t quite as friendly as it usually is.
This story is a revealing tale of how the usually confident and cheerful March Hare finds himself the target of the Cheshire Cat’s bullying and just what’s behind it. The Cheshire Cat’s Smile, shares insights into the unhealthy cycle of bullying - focusing on not only on the one who’s been bullied, but how when left unaddressed it can be perpetuated until the cycle is broken.
