With the help of the NZ Music Commission, SOLE has put together a brand new music business speaker and mentoring series to support emerging Canterbury artists and upcoming music professionals.
THE MUSIC is the second of 6 music seminars, where special guest speakers will cover everything you need to know about how to make and release your music successfully.
Hear from 3 of New Zealand’s top songwriters and producers Devin Abrams (Shapeshifter, Drax Project & Pacific Heights), Will McGillivray (nomad, There’s a Tuesday & BEXY) & prolific songwriter and award-winning artist, Mel Parsons.
Together they will delve into their process of how they create and produce music for themselves and other artists. They will also give you a better understanding of how to create a song that is release worthy and ensure you get more people listening to your music.
There will be a Q&A with the speakers and the opportunity to network with other attendees & speakers afterwards.
