The Shakin Evil Hayride are a honky-tonk garage band who play high-octane country and western songs about trucks. Mostly. Featuring ex-members of The Grand Saloon and The Dallas Pro Drag All Stars, these boys guarantee a shambolic ride to Bakersfield and back. Digging up decomposed '70s jukebox hits by your favourite scumbags; Paycheck, Haggard, Jennings, and the Buckaroos! "Real country music the way it was meant to be played and sung!”

Also performing is the banjo-frailing man of the Manawatu soil, the Loam Ranger, the artist formally known as Boss Christ.
