Observe members of the Otago Embroiderers’ Guild as they work on panels for the New Zealand: A History in Stitch project.

Drop-in and chat with the ladies, see some artistry at work, and maybe learn a new stitch or two.

A History in Stitch is a project initiated and developed by The Tapestry Trust of New Zealand Inc. to stitch about one hundred panels depicting the history of Aotearoa. Members of the Association of New Zealand Embroiderers' Guilds many of whom are working the panels for us, support us in this endeavour.
