How would you like to explore a new contemporary exercise class that collaborates all of them together?
Discover what it means to truly feel your muscles strengthening while being present and "in the moment" to truly feel alive.
Now it is time for you to enjoy Bums and Tums, Aerobics, Yoga and Pilates at once from the comfort of your home. I am a Personal Trainer and a Yoga Teacher and I will guide you through an hour and a half of mindful workout.
These classes collaborate mindfulness meditation, flexibility and strong muscle exercises, for those flabby areas. Keeping your muscles strong and flexible will make you feel and look fantastic. Great for those who want to lose weight, tone up, improve their fitness levels and connect within.
Find the silence within and experience your entire body working. Time to exercise, tone up, stretch and centre yourself with this new method. Every Monday, Wednesday evenings, from 6 pm - 7.30pm and Friday Mornings 8 am-9.30 am.
