Waiheke Comedy - Pop-Up Improv

Waiheke Island's very own improv troupe, Waiheke Comedy, are ready to entertain us with another fun night of comedy, mayhem and mischief at Artworks Theatre on Monday 8 February, 2021! This time starring 4 of the biggest names in New Zealand entertainment, Waiheke will welcome back Lori Dungey as MC, two-time International Theatresports Champion and member of ConArtists.

Also ready to provide us with more knock out fun is the irrepressible Oliver Driver. Oliver is an International Theatresports champion and star of stage and screen known to many for his work on Power Rangers and Shortland Street. Jason Smith is also returning to add his musical genius and 30 years of experience as a musical and improv genius. New to the Waiheke stage is the hilarious Kura Forrester, Billy T Award-winning comedian and star of Educators and Shortland Street. You can be sure of a good old laugh and even some good belly cackles when you venture out to see one of their shows. As you become immersed in their fast witted, slick and often hilarious made up on the spot comedy.
