Ever wondered what was behind the doors of some of the beautiful houses in the Wakatipu? Join the Friends of Shotover (FoS) as we fundraise for Shotover Primary School. Our community has kindly opened their doors for this event so prepare to be inspired. We will showcase a minimum of seven interesting properties, including two artists residences.
Tickets are limited so book now to avoid disappointment. Regrettably no babies or children under the age of 14 years are permitted to attend. Ticket purchase includes a drink at The Hayes restaurant in Lake Hayes Estate between 3 and 4.30pm
This is a self-drive tour, and we encourage car-pooling. A map of the houses is to be collected from Shotover Primary School, from 9am on the day. The houses can be viewed from 10am - 4pm. To avoid congestion you will be allocated a starting house when you collect your map.
Pack a picnic and rug as we have been offered a beautiful garden and wetland overlooking Lake Hayes for you to relax and refresh in between 12pm and 2pm.
Please be aware no toilets are provided in any of the properties, including our picnic spot. Public toilets will be marked on the map.
We will have raffles running throughout the day, so please bring some cash.
