The inaugural Welly Boutique Wine Festival will arrive at Foxglove on Saturday 28th August in - collaboration with Wairarapa Wine Region and as part of Visa WOAP. Welly BWF hosting over 20 small producers showcasing their wine styles and varietals at this all-new festival to grace the capital of Aotearoa.

Unlike any other wine festival, the WBWF offers attendees the chance to discover some of the region’s most incredible hidden boutique brands. The core mission of the festival is to support small production, independent Kiwi wineries.

This festival is a vibrant showcase of brands - some not readily available - to give attendees who love wine a sensory blast with tastes, aromas, observations, all while listening to the fascinating stories behind the crafting of each of the winemaker’s products.

The festival offers thoughtfully inspired platters that match our unique Kiwi wine styles, combining synergy and sensation when delicious dishes are so perfectly imbibed with the nectar from the (Kiwi) Gods.

Our totally interactive festival is an ideal platform to provide the attendees with taste sensations that enhance, complement, and sublimely pair with our exhibitor’s wines. Live visual and audio entertainment, and the unique ‘Trolley Dolly’ experience make this a festival not to be missed!
