Over this extended, you will be immersed in the breath-taking Northland coastal land and seascape.
The 4 days will be full of lifestyle medicine coupled with the pillars of the Wim Hof Method, XPT training, Ocean Adventures, a range of Breathwork practices, Guided meditations, Stimulating discussion and Real Connection.
This experience is co-hosted by Laura Warren and Josh Armitage who are there to create the space, provide you with the tools to tap into your own inner superhuman and faciliate the fun in the growth and learning process.
We want you to leave equipped with the knowledge and daily practices to empower you to take control of your mental, emotional and physical wellness and truly embrace your full potential.
So What’s Included?
The retreat is all-inclusive.
All you need to do is invest in a ticket and get yourself to Whangarei Airport for pick up on Friday 19th March.
Everything else is taken care of....
- 4 days and 3 nights of retreat content and practices
- 3 nights multi-share accommodation at a stunning Whananaki location
- All nourishing meals within the retreat itinerary
- Full day out at Poor Knights Islands for free dive, paddleboard etc. If you want to add two scuba dive session it is $150 extra.
- Transport from Whangarei airport and back again if required
Can Anyone Come Along?
Most of the activities require a baseline level of fitness, we are not expecting you to be an elite athlete to take part. We all take each activity at our own pace and no one will be left behind. If this is a concern for you we can send out some training ideas to get you confidently prepared.

Due to the nature of this unique event, places are limited. The accommodation can cater for 14 people maximum so be sure to grab your ticket ASAP.
Do I Need to Do Any Training Prior to Coming Along?
Once you’ve locked it in, you will be invited to a private Facebook group enabling us to provide support and guidance with any queries and to give you the opportunity to virtually meet your fellow adventurers.
