Welcome to a full day retreat where we immerse ourselves in the practise of YOGA; giving us the opportunity to CONNECT - to ourselves, to others, to Nature.
The day will be filled with asanas/postures (active as well as restorative), meditation and pranayama. We will enjoy a delicious vegan lunch together in the lovely restaurant with views over the inlet, followed by a gentle forest walk in the enchanting bush right behind Kimi Ora.
Spending a whole day in the name of Yoga and Connection is a beautiful way for you to deepen your existing practise, or if you are completely new to yoga - it will be a great introduction.
Last day to register is Thursday 12th of August.
The rate includes the full day program and lunch.
