Welcome to a full-day retreat where we immerse ourselves in the practice of YOGA; give yourself the opportunity to CONNECT - to yourself, to others, to nature.
The day will be filled with asanas/postures (active as well as restorative), meditation and pranayama. We will enjoy a delicious vegan lunch together in the restaurant with lovely views over the inlet, followed by a gentle forest walk in the enchanting bush right behind Kimi Ora.
Spending a whole day in the name of Yoga and Connection is a beautiful way for you to deepen your existing practise, or if you are completely new to yoga - it will be a great introduction.
Last day to register is Thursday 28th of October.
The price includes the full-day program and lunch.
