In this workshop, we will explore 3 different practices that reflect on the 3 qualities of life. One practice is to stimulate, one is to calm and one is to harmonise.
A short break will occur between practices to absorb and reflect upon the subtle changes. Please bring along a blanket. Beginners welcome. Equipment/mats provided.
