Yuan Qigong is a practice of beautiful moving and still meditations, using the body, mind, breath and Qi energy. Its foundations rest in Chinese tradition, but western scientific and psychological findings are incorporated, so Yuan Qigong is a comprehensive discipline. Practising Yuan Qigong helps to increase mental clarity, improves internal strength and stability, and helps us understand the patterns of thought that inadvertently support negative emotions and illness.
