Auckland Festival of Photography presents Aotearoa Music Photography Award 2021 winners and other entries as part of our exclusive exhibitions for the support of the New Zealand photography scene.
We are pleased to share with Aucklanders, an exclusive season outdoors of music photography at Queens Wharf, Silo Park and in Takapuna, a curated Festival selection as a highlight of the projects on the live gig sector, concerts, Festivals and community parks programmes that have been recognised as being heavily impacted by Covid 19. The award invited NZ professional and community photographers who love shooting musicians at rehearsals, gigs, festivals or community events. All genres and styles of image were welcome as long as photographs are music-related.
