Auckland Festival of Photography 2022 - experience NZ's premium international photographic festival: A city-wide contemporary art and cultural event that takes place around Auckland's major galleries, project spaces, non-gallery venues and public sites - outdoors as well as online from 2 to 12 June 2022. Festival Awards and online activations take place from 1 April through the festival dates.
The free programme includes a mix of emerging and established artists, and comprises of exhibitions showing existing works and the creation of new work, bringing together photographers, curators, students, amateurs and professionals for the aim of encouraging the public to celebrate the art of photography.
