Back Paddock Lakes Off Road Challenge

The Platinum Homes Back Paddock Multisport Festival is a unique challenge with an absolutely stunning Central Hawke’s Bay backdrop. Set at Backpaddock Lakes (10 mins south of Waipukurau), this event has both family-friendly and challenging disciplines to suit all abilities!

Take part in a beautiful, safe lake swim, on-road cycle or off-road mountain bike, and trail run with events for individuals, teams and corporate teams. Triathlon, duathlon and solo discipline options, makes this a true multisport festival!

NEW this year is a “Run the Gauntlet” section where participants choose between running over a small hill or taking the “Coldicutt Shortcut” – but be prepared to get wet, dirty and messy when you run the gauntlet. Fun is guaranteed! Enjoy the friendly atmosphere, where every finisher gets a medal and a meal!
