$150 for 10-class concession card (valid for 12 months) or $19 casual class.
Bodysculpt Pilates is a no-booking required mat class using pilates equipment (foam rollers, mini balls, power circles, bands and sticks - all supplied) to enhance and guide your movements.
We address strength, mobility and flexibility imbalances in your whole body in a very friendly group.
Wednesday class is one hour of mat pilates and Friday class is 1/2 hr of sculpting with weights (shoes are required) and 1/2 hr of mat pilates.
This is more of an intermediate level, however, beginners are most welcome. If you have not done pilates before please contact Kim first on 021 275 2666 or deanandkim@xtra.co.nz.
Kim is a Netfit Certified Classical Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Exercise to Music Teacher.
