This will be a really fun workshop and may open the door to evolving your relationship.
- Using the tools of yoga to help you learn, grow, lean into, balance and love each other in a deeper way.
- Find some understanding of how to balance the energy of your heart space to aid healing.
- Take time to explore each others strengths and weaknesses with kindness.
- Learn about the different ways to show your love in a way that it will be received.
- Find ways of offering non-sexual touch that can show tenderness and provide you both healing.
- Take time out of your busy life to put some time and effort into your relationship without the interference of chores, children and daily hustle.
The workshop will include:
Connected breathing
Partner Yoga
Love language & mutuality
Massage
Sound healing
Relaxation
Meditation
Tea/coffee & Cacao will also be provided.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and more experienced yogis. Flexibility in your body is not a requirement but an open heart and mind is essential.
$100 per couple payment required prior to the workshop. Make a night of it and add a comfortable room for just $85 subject to availability. Book through website.
