Dance 4 Us Onehunga

Dance 4 Us Onehunga is a Dance Movement Therapy group for people 15 years and older with a variety of different intellectual and/or physical disabilities.

Join us each week during school term for a fun, therapeutic dance group. Our therapy team will help participants to foster social connections and emotional literacy through creative and expressive movement-based activities, co-create meaningful shared experience in the community, and support individual wellbeing.

Registration isn't necessary. All you need to do is arrive on the day with some clothes you're free to move in, bring a support person if you like, and a gold coin koha. We look forward to moving creatively together soon!
