Join us to test out some ideas for diverting clothing destined for landfill.

Bring your own project, or try one of ours, we will be running different projects each session for you to try! We can also help with mending and alterations.

Lots of beginner friendly options, no sewing experience required. We have some machines and fabric available but feel free to bring your own.

Cost: Koha to cover supplies

October is Buy Nothing New Month so we will be focusing on mending for the month.
Come along and learn some mending techniques that you can then apply to items you have at home. We will be helping to mend items for Intercept clothing rescue and learning new techniques.
During October we will be based at Creative Northland in the old railway building.
