East Auckland Art Creatives is a place to be inspired by creatives in your local community! If you need time and motivation to make your art projects come to life then the East Auckland Art Creatives space is the place. Come and work on your own art projects in this super supportive environment.

East Auckland Art Creatives is a weekly social group who meet in an UXBRIDGE Arts and Culture studio space. Its a place where you will get ideas from others and keep your creative juices flowing. Whether you knit, sketch, paint, scrapbook, design or crochet; all forms of creativity are welcome and all skill levels are welcome too.

These untutored sessions are a specific time to work on art projects and socialise with like-minded creatives. They will be facilitated in a relaxed manner so you can get in the zone and work at your own pace. Perfect for those who may work full time, but still want to pursue their creative endeavours outside of their day job.

This group will be facilitated by Lauren of Lauren Creative. Lauren discovered the world of art and design through the craft of hand-lettering. She holds a degree in Communication Design from the Auckland University of Technology. Lauren is passionate about inspiring others through art and community.

What to bring?
Participants need to bring their own materials, but we do have desktop easels available if needed.
