Crystal Healing: Learn and discover the beautiful energies of crystals and how you can incorporate them into your every day life. Crystals have been around for centuries, yes really. Set your intention, choose your stone and create your crystal card. Make your very own crystal item to take away.
Fauna and Floral cleansing wand: Create your own meaningful wand and learn how and why you should ‘smudge’ from an experienced celebrant. All natural materials are provided, learn which plants to use and why and then have fun creating your own cleansing wand to take home with you.
Mindfulness practice for beginners and advanced. Learn how to slow the mind, rest the body and work on the breath, after all, it is very important for everyday living is it not?
Soul Enriching Sound Healing that will fill you with delight and touch you to your core. Harnessing the power of the singing bowl used by Tibetan Monks for centuries and a steel tongue drum that has beautiful healing sounds, feel the vibrations and heal from within.
Shinrin Yoku (don’t be put off by this name). We come from the earth, we live by the earth and we all return to the earth. This is a beautiful and peaceful practice that really benefits your well being and hauora.
