Fright at the Museum

Introducing a spooky science evening: Fright at the Museum.

The Otago University Science Communication team brings you the Halloween-themed night out you were waiting for, showcasing wacky and wonderful science experiments presented by professors.

The night starts off with a Mad Science Show, followed by a series of workshops that will teach you how to make fake blood, invisible ink, slime, and potions. Then take in a spooky gallery night tour around the Museum if you dare to be scared.

Delicious food will be available from trucks on the Reserve, as well as a cash bar.

There will also be a competition for the best dressed, so sharpen your vampire teeth, dust off that witch's hat, or just don your bed sheet and be in to win a prize.
