Greening Taupo Community Planting Day

Taupō local, super keen mountain biker, Sarah Battson cycled the length of Aotearoa in a blistering 21 days raising $10000 for Greening Taupō. What an awesome achievement. We all can’t wait to get stuck into the planting site that the funds are going towards!

EVERYONE IS INVITED!

Planting is alongside the Acid drop track, halfway up Control gates hill, Wairakei Drive down to Gates Reserve.

Park up and join in on the fun at Gates Reserve.

Bring your gumboots, garden gloves and your favourite spade if you want, we do have some spades to share and there will be holes dug.

Bring suitable wet weather gear if required we will be planting rain or shine.

Enjoy a fun morning out, there will be a sausage sizzle and a hot drink afterwards for all planters. Kids don't forget your certificates to collect your sticker.
