Welcome to our Weekly Produce Market at Shaw's Bird Park, Hamilton held every Sunday 8.30am -12.30pm.

Our mission is to build community by bringing people together through food sovereignty. We support local farmers, artisan producers and creators. Fresh food, great tunes, awesome vibes and local people. Catch up with friends and family and have a great day out.

Margaret and Murray Shaw welcome EVERYONE to visit both the market and the bird park. If you haven't yet enjoyed the beautiful park, excellent produce, food and craft selection, we'll see you Sunday!

The Shaws have spent over 30 years creating this park and feel honoured to share it with you and your family. 7ha of privately owned beautifully paved, wheelchair accessible bird park that is home to over 500 native trees. There are many native animals living wild on the park including Kereru, Ruru, Tui, the Dabchick, Long tailed Bats and both Long Fin and Short Fin eels. The Bats and the Dabchicks are endangered. Many rescued native birds are rehabilitated at the bird park where they are cared for until they are ready to be released back into the wild or they find a forever home there.

No Dogs, Bikes or Scooters or Skateboards in the bird park. DOGS ON LEADS ONLY are permitted in the market. Please be respectful as there are free ranging peacocks and other birds on site.
