ZM & Eccles Entertainment Present:
Harper Finn - 'Newcomer' Tour

With special guests TBA.
On sale 12pm July 4th.

ZM & Eccles Entertainment are thrilled to announce rising star Harper Finn will be playing two very special shows this August to celebrate the release of his debut EP 'NEWCOMER' (out July 29).
Playing with his full band in Wellington at Meow on Thursday 11 August and in Auckland at The Hollywood Avondale on Saturday 13 August, this will be fans' first chance to hear his new music live.

Harper’s first music of 2022, single ‘Different Skies’, dropped in February and was quick to secure the #1 on the Hot 20 New Zealand singles chart, giving fans a taste of what they could expect from the forthcoming record. The 8-track EP NEWCOMER spans the first phase of Harper’s musical journey, with the theme of the EP reflecting his experience as a newcomer solo artist.

“It’s about going through things for the first time. That coming of age. A lot of the songs are about having your heart broken, falling in love when you shouldn’t have, right person wrong time, that kind of thing. I think everyone remembers those things”. – Harper Finn

The EP features singles ‘Conversations With The Moon’, ‘She Said’, ‘Good For Me’, Harper’s Gold certified single ‘Dance Away These Days’, alongside a further three brand new tracks.

NEWCOMER arrives just in time for the world now moving back into life with live music. Harper Finn is no stranger to the live stage having played Rhythm & Vines and Soundsplash, as well as a national tour in 2021 with LA Women. His engaging performances have won him legions of fans. Between his trademark signature dance moves and his reflective piano-based ballads, there really is something for all at a Harper Finn show.

After ending 2021 winning Breakthrough Artist of the Year award at December’s Aotearoa Music Awards, the timely release of his EP represents what is true for Harper Finn at this moment in time.
Despite his success so far as a solo artist, Harper is a newcomer to the music industry, and this is just the beginning for him.

Tickets for both shows go on sale Monday 4 July at noon from harperfinnmusic.com.
