Introduction to Self-Publishing

If you’re interested in writing, and possibly self-publishing, this talk is for you!

Jess from CopyPress Publishing will provide ideas on how authors can market their book. Jess will also provide insights into the book world which can help authors get their books on shelves, including:

- Finding the right audience
- Getting books looking professional
- Creating an “author brand”
- Creating a marketing plan
- Some detail about the publishing process

This event will be followed by a meeting of the Richmond Writing Group from 2.00pm until 3.00pm. All are welcome to come along to this group for conversation, creative writing exercises and the opportunity to meet new people.
