Kokomo, based in sunny Tauranga, is New Zealand's leading blues 'n' roots band, having established a unique and distinctive style and becoming renowned for dynamic live shows and highly-regarded songwriting. The band have previously played two memorable shows at The Back Room and were due to play at this time last year... but we all know what happened to that...
Since the last millennium Kokomo has left an indelible stamp on the New Zealand blues scene, toured extensively throughout the country, performing at the country’s major rock, blues, jazz and folk festivals, releasing more than a dozen albums and a live concert DVD.

In Thames expect some old favourites, some new Kokomo songs, and probably a dip into the odd Bob Dylan tune. Most of all, expect a whole bunch of fun!
