Have you ever wanted to learn how to play inline hockey? Now's your chance! Learn basic skating (on rollerblades), puck-handling, passing and shooting skills. Participants will get to play fun games and do activities to improve their skills. It's going to be a heap of fun!

Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm during Term 4 (8 weeks)
Start date: 17th October

Cost: $10 per participant per session (to be paid directly before each session via cash or eftpos)

Venue: Hamilton Inline Skating Rink, 60 Old Farm Road, Hamilton East.

Ages 4+ - children, teenagers and adults all welcome!

Bookings are NOT REQUIRED - just show up the weeks that suit you!

Skates (up to size 12), sticks and helmets are provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their own other protective equipment e.g. elbow, shin, knee and wrist guards etc. if they own them. Participants may also prefer to bring their own bike helmet if they don't want to loan a helmet. We have limited small helmets so please bring a bike helmet along for young children.

Please come 15 minutes early if you need to borrow gear.

All ability levels welcome - however participants will get the most out of this program if they already have moderate to good balance on skates. Please note that we have limited coaches so if needed we may ask a parent to walk alongside their child if the child is unable to skate on their own without falling over. There will also be a small dedicated bay on the side where participants can skate if their balance needs improving before joining in with the other activities.
