The Learning to Lead programme consists of three advanced level workshops across 12 building blocks, designed to develop competency in management and leadership skills for employees who have been leading and managing others for more than 12 months.
Learning modules include:
Leading and Managing Myself: Designed to build on self-awareness learned in the Understanding Myself and Others workshop to deepen self-awareness and develop self-management strategies to positively impact relationships with others. Furthermore, it is designed to explore personality, values, beliefs, and identity to develop a sense of personal purpose.
Leading with Confidence: Designed to develop an organisational level perspective to leading. This workshop will build on the key concepts learned in the Managing My Team workshop. Participants will learn how to recognise motivation and respond to multiple stakeholder groups, supported by growing effective relationships through authentic leadership.
Coaching: This session is to develop and understand coaching conversations and apply the newly acquired knowledge to assist team members’ development.
This programme is best suited to be run as in inhouse programme, where our Business Central facilitators come to you. These programmes can be done in person or virtually depending on your requirements.
