MADE North Canterbury Taste Trail

MADE NORTH CANTERBURY presents a bite-sized tour of our region. A day entirely dedicated to celebrating and discovering all things grown, made, caught and reared in North Canterbury.

This one-day event, hosted on February 19th, 2022, will give you the chance to create your own self-drive taste trail and connect with the people, land and products behind our thriving food and beverage region.

At each Taste Destination, see demonstrations, workshops and unique behind the scenes views of how their product is perfectly crafted. Your ticket includes entry to all our destinations, a behind the scenes look at the Taste Destinations and complimentary tasters of their wonderful product.

Alongside this farm-to-plate experience, North Canterbury will be rallying the troops to put on some specials for our Taste Trailers. Local restaurants, cafes and bars will have exclusive deals and dishes, all celebrating North Canterbury. Amberley Farmers Market will be getting in on the action to showcase some Made North Canterbury members and again have Taste Trail specials for you to enjoy.

It's a full day of North Canterbury at its finest, so come and see what all the fuss is about.
