Join professional puppeteer and puppet-maker Ifat Vayner for a creative school holiday workshop!
Each session is designed with an age group in mind, but these age brackets are very flexible. On Monday, participants will learn to make Jacques the Chef and on Tuesday, they will learn to make Loco the Taco. Participants will not only learn puppet-making techniques, but they will also learn muppet puppetry: how to create the personality of their muppet, develop its voice, engage the audience with the muppet, and how to create short scenes.
Monday 11 July 2022, 10:00am-1:00pm for kids aged 10-15.
Tuesday 12 July 2022, 10:00am-1:00pm for kids aged 8-11.
No previous art experience necessary. All materials included. This course is offered as an in-person workshop in Hamilton.
