Matariki 2022 Connecting Communities

A shared experience of film and entertainment.

Celebrate Matariki with a kiwi classic movie screening of Hunt for the Wilderpeople (PG) starting at 5pm. Plus on stage entertainment from one of Northland’s favourite bands - Otium!

Hot kiwi kai and drinks available for sale. Bring a blanket or beanbag and get comfortable on the field facing the stadium’s big screen. Gates open at 4pm.

Children (14 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.

What to bring and what not to bring:
You can bring bean bags, blankets, prams/ strollers, home prepared food and an empty bottle to fill up with water inside the venue.

Please do not bring:
This is an Alcohol free event. Please do not bring alcohol or any beverages or any glass into the venue.
Please do not bring commercially prepared food (ie KFC, Dominoes Pizza).
This is a Smoke-free and Vape-free event, no smoking is allowed inside the venue.
This is a Zero Waste event
