MindFULness to MindLESSness
Going beyond the mind to the Source

Mindfulness is a term which has been used to bring knowledge and practice of meditation to the West. It means to have an awareness of our thoughts, feelings, sensations and surroundings in the present moment. In this awareness, the mind is active, although at peace and without judgement. The peace with our thoughts in the Now is important, and is being taught in schools and workplaces, but it is deliberately separated from the spiritual experience of meditation – the meditation of the Eastern traditions which leads to emptiness, silence, and stillness. A no-mind state of mindlessness.

Seekers on their spiritual journey, join us to truly experience going from mindfulness to mindlessness, under the teachings of our Guru ji, Himalayan Yogi, Aikam Aikoham Nath Ji.

Guru Ji says, a child when born doesn't know anything, but gradually we instill knowledge into them and they start to become aware as they experience the world and become mindful. Mindlessness is understood as no mind - when the mind has surrendered, state of thoughtlessness i.e Samadhi, (in Sanskrit).

For the one following the path of spirituality, the seeker becomes aware that they are not the doer. They have faith that whoever has created them will take care of them. They become aware that there is something else who is controlling them. When this kind of surrender happens, it is the mindlessness stage. A meditator flows with everything that is happening or changing around them and this creates space for everything to reveal itself.

Following the path of surrender, the disciple understands that it is all about self and nothing else, they become one with the Source/creator and there's no difference, (advait or non-duality) Aikam - this is the mindless stage.

It is this mindless stage where the law of abundance and law of attraction manifests hence completing the cycle of being mindful of what you manifest.

Guru Ji says that to reach this path, we need to realise that true awareness of mindfulness arises from the mindless stage. So mindlessness is the seed of mindfulness, targeting the highest truth, completing the whole journey. Experience this first hand for yourself in Auckland.
