A full-day retreat designed to enhance connection, influence growth and encourage playfulness.

Join Asti for Cacao and a conscious creation session. We begin by journeying inwards with the breath, continue to exploring through visualisation to evoke full manifestation of what you want to bloom through this season. Script your way into more growth to permeate play through your day!

Connect and share yoga together, in an interactive and playful session with Jo.
We will play a couple of fun yoga games to connect with each other and try out some simple partner yoga.
Then Jo will guide us through a group Human Mandala Yoga sequence where we will use touch, breath and movement to create interconnected yoga poses, supporting each other to stretch and balance.

Mindful movement allows us to check in with our bodies and get moving in a way that can help us lower stress, release stagnant energy, and strengthen our mind-body connection. It's a great way to practice self-care by incorporating both mental and physical wellness.
We will enjoy a unique 60 minute mix of music designed to take us on a journey, so we can allow ourselves to let go and feel into the the rhythms and move freely to where the music takes us.

This will lead us into our final part of the day retreat, where will we experience a full body guided relaxation, to come back down to earth.
