Somnia is a musical journey into the nocturnal subconscious - combining music, performance, spoken word and theatrical immersion fused into a high volume meditative experience.
EchoKnot returns with a new multimedia show – anchored by the anthemic instrumental music they are known for. Delving deep into the theatre of the mind this show features video projection, innovative lighting design and an immersive experience that needs to be believed to be seen.
Following on from their critically acclaimed 2019 album, ‘Under a Mountain’ and memorable performances at LUMA Queenstown since its inception, RenewArt in 2020 and fresh from the studio where they’ve been hard at work on their new as yet untitled album, EchoKnot is back – louder, quieter, brighter and darker than ever.
Joining EchoKnot is the up-and-coming wahine punk powerhouse Estrogen. Playing a roaring selection of their own tunes and propulsive covers, they’re about to be your new favourite band. Think the Go-Go’s, Wet Leg and The Lynda Lynda’s. Buckle up.
