Get your glamour together and get ready to (finally) have the ball we've been planning for over a year!
Dress to the space/sci-fi theme or just get a bit glam.
For our rainbow rangatahi and allies aged 13-19. Event will be in New Plymouth but we will put on return transport from around the maunga.
Entry is $10 which includes some light food and drinks but there will be a candy bar open to make extra purchases. Please get in touch with your school QSA's or rainbow groups to gain access to a promocode for free entry, we will be giving limited amount of these out so please have them get in touch with us at outfesttaranaki@gmail.com if they aren't aware.
Awesome DJ playing dancefloor bangers all night, drag performances and meet & greets, free photo booth and professional photographer, plus we will be voting for and crowning our OUT & PROUD royals with amazing prizes to be won.
Dress however you feel on the night, this will be a safe space to present as your authentic self! We are happy for you to bring a change of clothes to dress in and out of if you feel more comfortable doing that, this is a celebration for everything you wish to be!
Please note that we will be contacting you and your guardians just to ensure we have a full plan for you once the event is over. No passouts (this means once you are in the venue you will not be able to leave until the end unless we have guardian's permission).
No alcohol, no smoking, no vaping, no drugs event. Any evidence of these will result in a guardian being called to collect you. Also no transphobia, homophobia, abuse, violence, or bad behaviour will be tolerated at all.
