What: A "speed-meet" styled event where local youth and business owners have the chance to connect and discuss all things...work!
When and Where: We are hosting three #EmployerMeets, each one at one our of local colleges:
Paraparaumu College: Thursday 25th August, 2022, 5.15pm-7.25pm
Who: All Kāpiti-based employers are welcome to register, and on the night meet and chat with students about their industry, give students feedback on their CVs, and tips on becoming employed with them!
This is a FREE event open to all Kāpiti based employers, and the relevant college students 15yrs+. It offers youth a great opportunity to connect with a number of local businesses from a variety of industries to find their pathway into future training or employment.
It’s an amazing opportunity for local rangatahi to get a headstart on their career journey and for local businesses to get involved in this journey and connect with potential future employees. Employers- you might even secure your next employee superstar!
There will be speakers, entertainment and light refreshments on the night, and the chance to network with other like-minded businesses all while supporting our own local rangatahi
