Reiki is widely known as a Japanese energy healing technique, which is the predominate form of reiki practised throughout the world today. The founder, Dr Mikao Usui brought this technique to the modern world in the early 20th Century. An ancient form of energy healing known as Seichim or Sekhem was also practised in Ancient Egypt and is still used today. This workshop will be the Usui technique of natural healing.
Reiki is known as a complementary or alternative health approach. As a Reiki Master Teacher I am proud to say that I practice reiki almost daily, not only on myself, as it can be used on animals, situations, plants, and so many others situations (Reiki level 2 - distant healing and further learning to practitioner level).
Reiki 1 is a fabulous self healing modality which in my opinion teaches self-discipline and self-empowerment for your well-being. After all we are in charge of ourselves.
I prefer to work over a weekend or two days in order to build a good relationship with my students. Furthermore spaced out learning I feel is easier to grasp and it is not rushed.
