A groovy morning beach session is a one-hour caffeine-free energising mix of silent disco, play therapy and gentle stretch to kick off a new day. Ocean swim afterwards is optional
We’d like to provide a super fun and safe experience to all, so spaces are strictly limited to 25 people per session.
No dance experience is required.
Kids 5+ are welcome.
$20 per person.

At the session you will find a your own dance spot and a set of headphones. We kick off each session with guided slow and gentle stretch followed by a silent disco, when you can choose your own groove by switching between two music channels:
Blue Music Channel: electronic and house tunes
Red Music Channel: world & kiwi greatest hits

EVENT CANCELLATION
Our silent disco equipment isn’t waterproof so the event will be cancelled in case of rainy weather.
We will make a final call 1hr before the event and notify participants via email in case of the event cancellation.
