We are excited to bring you this learning opportunity which potentially will add significant value to your business. Brought to you in partnership with Scaling Up Coaches NZ, the Scaling Up Workshop is being held in Auckland on October 18, 2022.
Led by three highly experienced, certified Scaling Up Coaches; Adrian Pickstock, John McConnell, and Rob Morris; the full day workshop will be engaging, challenging and rewarding.
We'll be joined by special guest speaker Cameron Bagrie, a leading economist who will bring a practical perspective on the current outlook for the economy and how it impacts your business.
This will be a fast-paced, practical, hands-on workshop. Ideally suited to Leadership Teams from growth-focused, mid-market businesses that want to unleash their collective force to scale their activities and outpace their competition.
Expect to work across all aspects of your business including People, Strategy, Execution and Cash. Participants will receive a copy of Scaling Up book by Verne Harnish and a comprehensive tool kit that can be applied immediately to your business.
This workshop will address current issues that are facing many of our clients; including how to attract & retain A-players, navigating inflation, and facing a recession.
Scaling Up is a growth framework specifically targeted for mid-market businesses. Based out of USA it has been implemented by 70,000 companies worldwide over the past 30 years. Described as ‘the how-to’ of business, it is immensely practical and based on the work of world class thought leaders such as (Jim Collins, Liz Wiseman, Patrick Lencioni, Frances Frei to name a few).
It is widely used and supported by both the Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO) and the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) worldwide.
