- Create a Marquette of sculpture with clay
- Begin to build up plinth with wet newspaper - foil and gladwrap

DAY 2

- Practise making eyes, ears, nose and mouth (these can be fired as a piece of art)
- Start building your sculpture on the plinth

DAY 3

- Work on detail of head- eyes, ear, mouth, ears, hair etc

DAY 4 AND DAY 5

- Complete the rest of the sculpture- neck, shoulders etc,
- Discuss various firing methods firing methods,
- Remove sculpture off plinth if firm enough

If there is time, you could also make a smaller sculpture not using a plinth
