Beginners will learn basic sewing skills including:
- How to thread and use sewing machine
- How to use a commercial pattern
- How to construct a simple garment or cushion
You will gain confidence to try more simple projects on your own.
No prior knowledge required.
Sewing machines and over lockers available in class.
Returning students will advance your skills with a project of your own choice.
All students must comply with Southland Educations Covid policies and vaccination mandate. Full details are available on Southland Education website.
Students will be required to show their vaccination certificate on the first session.
