Learn all you need to know about starting solids with your baby in our 3-part workshop! Workshops are led by PhD-qualified speech-language therapists with expertise in swallowing. Our goal is to empower parents with evidence-based information so they can make the best decisions for their family.

Get Ready...
In Part 1 of our workshop, you'll learn all the latest evidence about when to start solids, and how to know when your individual baby is ready. We will talk about swallowing safety and oral development, so that you can feel confident in knowing what to expect.
Get Set...
In Part 2, you'll learn about what foods to serve your baby, how to prepare them, and how to feed them in a fun, safe, and responsive way. We'll give you some tried-and-true recipes that the whole family will love, and discuss what you really need to set your baby up for happy and nutritious meals.

In Part 3, you'll learn about how to incorporate mealtimes into your daily routine in a stress-free way. We'll give practical tips about how to how to build a healthy relationship with food from day one, and how to foster communication between you and your baby during meals, so that eating becomes a joyful experience!
This is a fun and interactive workshop where you will be able to ask questions and discuss your concerns in a supportive group. Babies are welcome and there will be change facilities available.
