Are you financially stressed? Or are you one of the lucky few that sails through life with nary a monetary worry?

And there are plenty of things that could be causing you to have stress. The obvious one, of course, is the current financial situation *gestures broadly*. But there are other causes of financial stress. Like not agreeing with your partner about how to spend or save it, having debt, or not feeling like you’ve got enough to retire comfortably (if at all).

And the tricky thing about financial stress is that it seeps into every aspect of your life. Those who experience financial stress also experience reductions in their overall mental and physical well-being.

So, this Mental Health Week, we want to address what’s causing you financial stress and give you actionable steps to begin to reduce it – both from a financial p.o.v and a mindset p.o.v.

Hannah McQueen will be joined by Sue Kohn-Taylor from The Mental Fitness Company on the 27th of September at 7:30pm to discuss the reasons you may be feeling financially frazzled, and how you can change your mindset and your habits to alleviate some of that stress.

So, register below, flick through your questions, and get ready to learn how you can alleviate your financial stress.
