Taupo Table Tennis Club is celebrating its 50th anniversary with an invitation tournament for 8 of New Zealand's top players. All 8 players have or are representing NZ at an International level.
5 of the 8 invited players are ranked within the top 15 in the country.
The players are playing for a significant prize purse, sponsored by the generosity of a Taupo local enthusiast.
The one day tournament is breaking new ground on several fronts.
