The Love Path - Healing your Heart through Cacao & Labyrint

A day of Cacao Ceremony and Ancient Labyrinth to guide the Heart to openness, healing and loving kindness towards the whole planet.
A delicious, nourishing lunch will be provided.

Sonya Lyn, Giulia Mattioli and Laura Rose are very excited to be coming together for this beautiful offering.
The workshop will start by settling in and connecting with Cacao by acknowledging her history and health benefits, and discovering different ways to consume Cacao. This will allow the plant medicine to active and open our heart and deepen our connection with ourselves, others and the whole experience!
Between 12:30 - 2pm we will then enjoy a nourishing lunch lovingly prepared by Naturopath and Nutritionist Laura Rose. There will be enough time to explore the tranquil Coopers Beach just 5 minutes walk away.
You will then be taken on the journey of the Labyrinth with Sonya Lyn from 2-5pm.
