From clever card tricks to making rope knots disappear and coins mysteriously vanish, you’ll discover how to perform magic using coins, cards, paper, rubber bands and other everyday objects so you can practise easily at home in between classes.
No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to have some fun and enter the wonderful world of magic.

Teaching artist Justin Rogers is an award-winning magician (Junior Stage Competition, International Magicians Convention 2012) who began learning magic at the age of eight. He has many years’ experience teaching and performing magic professionally for various functions and events throughout New Zealand.
Justin is also an accomplished actor who graduated from Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School in 2015. Highlights of his acting career include performing in Matariki (The Court Theatre), Shortland Street: The Musical (Auckland Theatre Company) and most recently the international tour of Mrs Krishnan’s Party (Indian Ink Theatre Company). He taught magic and improvisation at Wellington's Rata Studio.
